During these times everyone can use a boost to their immune system and a reduction in their stress level. In support of everyone I am currently offering a special 30 minute Reiki session for $20 (Mondays and Fridays only). If this peaks your curiosity even a little bit, please read on:
Reiki is a system of energywork wherein the practitioner places her hands on or near a client and allows energy to be channeled through her hands into the client for healing. This energy- call it what you like- chi, qui, prana, Universal energy, Source Energy- we all have access to it. The Reiki practitioners have studied, been Attuned to, and practice channeling this energy. You are not receiving the practitioner’s energy, you are receiving Universal Energy- a very high frequency vibration that encourages healing.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) have accepted Reiki as a valid adjunct to conventional medicine. The NCCAM (National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine) a division of NIH refer to Reiki as a “Biofield Therapy”.

Reiki is an amazing bodywork modality which is so healing on every level. Give yourself this time to wind down, to destress and to boost your immune system- a gift to yourself. You deserve it. It is my pleasure (and my duty) to make it available to everyone.
I am fully vaccinated, wear a mask, and disinfect my practice room in between every treatment. I truly hope to see you soon! Let us all take good care of each other.
